What You'll Do & Learn

Kids and parents will:

  • Play movement-based games that build confidence, awareness, and teamwork

  • Practice verbal boundary-setting and how to respond when someone won’t back off

  • Learn how body language, posture, and voice affect how others respond

  • Watch short, age-appropriate video examples to identify different types of bullying and social pressure

  • Role-play real-world scenarios in a supportive, guided environment

  • Practice non-violent de-escalation strategies before situations escalate

  • Learn age-appropriate self-defense techniques for removing someone’s hands if necessary

  • Break a board to experience focus, follow-through, and personal power

  • Build a shared family language around boundaries, confidence, and safety

The program emphasizes self-defense, not retaliation, and helps kids understand when to use words, when to walk away, and when to seek help.
